Have you considered getting out of bed?
>>33926997hold down your power button on your phone, just turn the damn thing off, lay in bed as long as you need afterwards, but it wont take you long before you get bored enough to get up, drink some water have a snack if you havent, keep your phone off still, the next natural thing is the top of your priority list, chores, fun, hobbies, whatever

>>33926997We've all been there anon. You can try setting your clothes out at night so you're ready in the morning. Set an alarm and go to sleep early. Have an idea of what you'd like to do the night prior. If you lay in bed a little too long when waking up that's fine, it's never too late to do those things unless you never do them.
