Why do men ignore me when I say where I’m from?I’m Turkish, but I have naturally blonde hair, fair skin and light colored eyes. So whenever a guy (especially middle eastern /arab / turkish /albanian whatever) tries to speak to me or asks me out for a date, I say ok why not. Then when he sees my name he’s asking where I’m from. Then I say I’m Turkish and quickly says sorry and walks away. I’m so confused why are men like this (not always) but idk what this means?
