I notice I’ve been increasingly less interested in gaming. Now I have this void that needs to be filled in that used to be occupied by games. It genuinely felt like video games were my whole life (I am a coding major) and now I’m not so sure. Anyone that’s quit games, what do you do nowadays?
Play guitar/music, watch movies, read. It’s a lot more fulfilling although ironically (besides the movies) I find it more difficult to relate to normies when that wasn’t the case pre covid. I guess gamers got more into gaming and normies started playing games. They all think I’m cool so that’s good I guess. I think you’ll find these things more fulfilling than games desu
>>33928251I notice I spend more time going out and reading. I look forward to looking for a new coffee place or hiking trail than I do the next FOTM game. My friends are still all nerds though weirdly enough
>>33928245Reading, art, hiking.Games just weren't entertaining anymore.
>>33928245>Anyone that’s quit games, what do you do nowadaysI spent that time reading finnacial markets and gamifying trade systems. I try so hard to get back to gaming but it's just boring now. And I'm not interested in playing cringe 2D indie games with 2000 levels just to understand the story.
>>33928245literally everyone agrees, regardless what their primary hobby was, that working out is the way.on a personal note, shooting guns if you're willing to spend a bit of money.also true as fuck what you said about vidya being your whole life and then got bored of it, that's why I decided to major at something that's not related to computers at all
>>33928245Video games are a waste of time. Good you quit
>>33928245it's not you it's an industry famine
