What's the best way to get in good shape if I'm skinny-fat, weak, and lacking energy? Every time I even try lifting weights, I have to start with extremely small ones, and I lose energy pretty quickly. I want to fix this but I don't even know where to start, I've been neglecting this for years.

Seems like you're unaware that people generally start with small weights and work up to larger ones. They also run out of energy then come back the next day and run out of energy again. Try not giving up after not getting huge in 5 days?

Start with the gym and go on a high protein low kcal cut, something that would also be good to know is your age. Watch youtubers that teach you how to do stuff and dont lift too heavy too early, get your body comfortable first with lifting heavy weights. This takes about a week or 2 and then after that start going to failure

Eat well and lift, diet + consistency = muscle gained over time then once in a year or so youve got a good amount of muscle, your T levels aren't in the floor due to your pozz diet and youve got muscle then you can cut off the fat by doing lots of cardio and eating less so at this point you will have low bf% and muscle mass. Anorexiamaxxing is not the way to go, this dude will have 0 energy and kill his hormones, been there done that dont bother.
Also:Instead of being consumed by body image issues and all that queer shit, find a physical activity you LIKE and just do that. Maybe that's running, maybe that's rock climbing, maybe that's BJJ.
