Went back to an ex after a year. Regretted it. How do I remedy this? I thought we had both had changed for the better. And I was craving companionship when I should’ve been focusing on my own personal development (mid 20s male). She was holding out hope for a long time, so I feel like a complete douche for letting this happen. There’s ‘love’, but it’s really more like puppy love. This has been going on for a couple weeks and I need help.
