Speaking is becoming harder and harder as the days pass. Italian is my main language, but I live in the UK so I speak both languages daily, especially at work since I'm front of the house at a restaurant so I constantly talk to people. Yet, I'm having this issue in both languages, I have to thoroughly think about what I want to say and what I have to do to say it (like, what movements I need to do with my mouth), and despite that, my mouth refuses to move properly, often causing the person I'm talking to not to understand what I'm saying. In the past it was just me speaking really fast, nowadays it's an even worse form of that I guessAny idea what's wrong with me and what I can do to fix this?
