How do you stop being scared of women after a bad breakup or rejection if it has caused you actual trouble?
The last time I talked with a girl I was liked, I nearly got fired from my job
Now every time I see an attractive woman, it is like having a police report flash before my eyes

What the fuck happened

Everything I could possibly do wrong
>Didn't ask for her number when we got along and I had the chance
>Didn't recognize when she lost interest and kept showing attention
>Tried talking to he after she called HR on me, even if it was months later
>been banned from talking to her for over a year

Consequence of going years without speaking to any females outside my family and business staff
I can understand everything I did was terrible and learn from my mistakes, but it doesn't stop the fact that it still feels like I do not have permission to speak to women

Hopefully you don't see women as objects, cause if you have a warped view of women, you will continue to make the same mistakes

How to respect beings weaker than me physically and poorer? I am quite dumb so idk if i should go for smart women

Did you do anything creepy? I dont see anything wrong with what you did. Just a guy who wants to talk and flirt

>everything I did was terrible
Obtuse and creepy, but not malicious at least.
>it still feels like I do not have permission to speak to women
Go out to a bar and strike up a conversation with a woman. Small talk with other people. Dude do literally anything other than fixating on an uninterested coworker and you'll be OK.

the proper reaction here is not to deny that women are like this, because they are, but rather, that all kinds of people can do this to you. in today's society, one awkward moment with a minority, an elderly, a child, or any number of others could ruin your reputation and cause you to lose your job. women aren't really any more dangerous in this regard than any number of people you come across everyday

Damn you sound like a completely retarded asshole
Do you not have any kids in your close family? Older parents? Grandparents?

It was both me being a creep, and no one wanting to tell me to my face until it was so serious

This is something that has frustrated me my whole life, it's like
>How am I supposed to improve my social skills if no one tells you what you are doing is wrong?
It's not just with women, it taking months or years after a conversation to realize what was not right by myself, is not efficient

You meet more girls in both a non romantic and romantic context, whatever feels more comfortable for you first. You must reintroduce to women and dissociate the trauma from women. It's difficult but if you've ever seen feral cats or dogs that have been abused and then reintroduced to humans, it's like that. It's a gradual process to trust again. But you can deeefinitely do it. You got this brother
