If you want to feel stronger, you need to eat less sugar and eat more protein and also you should get some exercise. I don't lift dumbbells but I do walk to work and back and also I walk between my home and the grocery store and carry my groceries by hand. Just today, I asked my friends "Does it look like my biceps are getting bigger?" and one of my friends said yes. Walking and biking are underrated. "Leg day" is underrated. This perception of autistic men is so widespread that most autistic people seem to believe it! Basically, the mainstream belief in our society is that autistic males exist to be tortured or killed. This belief is so widespread that most people on Wrong Planet and the autism subreddits believe it! ... which means that most autistic men believe "I exist to be tortured or killed!" People who talk about the immense cruelty of the world are absolutely correct.... but life is still worth living. Life is still worth living because autistic men AREN'T monsters. We do have a gentleman aspect. We CAN experience tender, delicate love with another person and this makes life worth living despite the fact that most of the world is a monster that hungers for our flesh and blood.
