this is whats called a sandwich attack aka MEV. He is reading the blockchain, sees that someone made a transaction to buy, for example, GROK, and then he gets his buy order in before the person he saw on the blockchain trying to buy GROK, and then he sells immediately after, collecting a profit. i would suggest watching a youtube video to learn more
