so if you invest $1k, they'll give you an extra 10% shares, but that investment will be illiquid for, according to the SEC filing, longer then 12 months, and then they're going to take my money and write the CEO a promissory note for $100k. the company hasn't generated any profit. they also say they're patents might not be enforceable lol.the total shares being offered here is only 800k whereas the CEO's have 19 million & 6 million.do you actually know these guys? like talked to them?
