it depends on how your trading strategy was derived
if you have a statistical process then this is worthless

if you are doing monkey brain rule trading (i.e. sell above 50MA, buy below 25 MA) then maybe it works for a while

Then there isnt really way to constructively critique it. Some of the strats simply only work in theory. Otherwise we'd all be rich off those tradingview strategy scriots that get infinite prifitability. When it comes to reality, struggle to get best price and then getting slapped with fees on top of that, then counting the fact that your stop loss can often not hit at exact price you set it to... All that leads to lost profit ratio that adds up. Without it, we'd be 5 times as profitable.

Not really with enough backtesting. For example if after 5 years this were the max drawdown, that shows the chances of it even getting blown are basically 0. On top of that I'd probably have some sort of take profit shit i.e. after 2 months take 50% of the account out.

That AND I 100% know when extreme volatility enters markets so basically I eventually plan to add that indicator into this since chances are those times are responsible for the crazy drawdowns
