What is the consensus on cube allocation? Are some projects generally considered better, or should I just allocate in them all equally?
>>
>>61415660
Some anon was posting data and most projects are almost worth 0 compared to the few good ones
>>
>>61415660
Basically all in SXT or Folks was the consensus, everything else was literal shit
>>
>>61415660
My personal strategy is to allocate to the mid tier ones. Everyone piling into sxt and folks are essentially being diluted by the sheer amount of cubes allocated to those projects. Not to mention that the market in 90 days time will adjust for the built up jeet fuel that will result from those 2. Bitscrunch and suku is literal shit.

Even spread among the mid tier is the play.
>>
>>61415660
For me it's all in suku desu
>>
>>61415724
Interesting strategy. Does it show how many cubes have been allocated in each project before I do my allocation?
>>
>>61415660
I skimmed throygh them, looking mainly at the teams and Mind Network had some impressive resumes behind them. Don't really understand the project though. Could be nonsense for all i know. It sounded like it could be useful for AI stuff. I'm about 85% SXT and 15% Mind Network atm but i might change that between now and the 9th Dec. Anyone else looked at Mind? Got an opinion?

Funny how they took away the ability to see what everyone else had allocated their cubes to.

I care. I plan to allocate to the smallest pool to get the biggest cut to dump. For that, I need to know who all is in what. I already know SXT is topping the charts but some of the other tokens aren't worth jack.

>blatant filter evasion
what does someone have to do to filter all shitcoin threads effectively?
>>
>>61415660
OP following up after doing my research.

By my estimates, the projects can be filtered into three tiers:

Good Tier: Space and Time, Folks Finance
Mid Tier: Brickken, Dolomite, Mind Network
Jeet Tier: Xswap, Suku, Truflation, bitsCrunch

Also, seeing as there was confusion about it in the thread, I'd like to report that you can see how the community is allocating their cubes into which projects. That said, the community allocation seems to reflect my tier assessment.

Personally, I'm going with a three-way equal allocation between SXT, Folks, and Brickken as my dark horse.

>>
>>61419129
>assuming they don't dump too much before the unlock period (they will)
the reason it might be better to research the teams behind the projects and allocate toward them. if you're wrong then at least you won't regret your thinking. following the crowd rarely works, especially when the convo is maggot-infested by jeets.
>>
>>61420274
after seeing this post I recalculated everything and it seems like going all in on folks is the best play currently.. the problem with all these shitcoins is that they have no liquidity anywhere, trying to swap as little as $1000 of folks on uniswap for example causes a 20% loss through slippage. it's insane right now, now imagine when tokens unlock and everybody starts dumping. slippage will jump to 80%.
SXT appears to be the only token that actually has liquidity
>>
>>61420718
FOLKS is mooning hard right now and might keep mooning for the coming week, until the unlocks. You're getting almost 2x the amount of USD right now if you go all into FOLKS vs. SXT, but I'm inclined to agree that there is nowhere near enough depth in the orderbooks to saturate the 250k tokens that will unlock.

Still... With the trajectory FOLKS is going on, might be worth the gamble to see how much higher it can go. SXT on the other hand looks like it's trending down to 0, which ironically makes it attractive in case of a reversal. My gambling mind is seeing high risk and high reward on either of them. Maybe I should do a 50/50 split...
>>
remember when you guys used to larp about having major tax problems over your heckin build rewards

now it's like a few bucks and they all rug lmfao

my god it's amateur hour in here
>>
>>61420827
I remember when BUILD was first announced some anon made a spreadsheet estimating a conservative case of $4 per link staked from BUILD rewards. Then 2 years later you had one SXT drop for a grand. It's best to remember most people here are literal failures who wandered onto /biz/ whilst mostly spending time on /b/ and /tv/. They literally know fucking nothing.
>>
>>61420827
Hey there he is, I was just thinking about this statement after doing my calculations, since you post it in almost every thread that mentions build rewards.

We always said that you only need one gem among the shitcoins to make build rewards worth it, and lo and behold: allocating everything into FOLKS right now would give you almost $1 per LINK staked (if you were in since 0.1). Of course the number will go down as more cubes are allocated, and there is the liquidity problem with this shitcoin, but considering we already had an okayish SXT airdrop earlier this year I'm feeling quite comfy. Aren't you in the pool, Adem? You kept asking about the build rewards and now that they are here you're going all sour grapes on us?

>>61420866
For me personally the SXT airdrop came down to $0.33 per LINK staked. The current airdrop will probably be anywhere from $0.40 to $1 per LINK staked. Depending on how many seasons they will do per year, that anon's estimate is on the high side but not far off. If we had an alt season it would've been hit easily.

I'm sensing that fuddies just aren't in the pool, is that why they are so bitter?
>>
>>61420937
The people who are bitter are the ones who have stayed in the cuck pool since the beginning and have fuck all to show for it.
>>

>>
>>61420827
so you didnt get any huh? kek pools closed, peeler
>>
>>61421154
>fuck all to show for it
If you had 7k staked since the beginning (a full 0.1 wallet) you would have gotten $2.5k from the SXT airdrop and will be getting around ~$3,5k from this one. That's $6k in the 6 months since genesis season launched, or $1k a month for a full 0.1 wallet (regular staking rewards not included). If you're crying in your cornflakes over that maybe it's just time to sell and move on.
>>
>>61420937
Less than $1 per link staked in 2 years is not in fact $4 per link each year, conservatively.
>>
>>61421706
I didn't wait 7 years for this shit you stupid advocate kike. I along with most other early investors thought we would have made it by now and are just realising we'll be strung along for at least another 5-10 years while price action remains abysmal. I've already sunk too much of my time and life into LINK to risk selling and watching it moon so I'm stuck holding this literal dogshit and collecting little cuck scraps that Sergey will dispense us through BUILD. Don't tell me to move on because I can't and will be stuck here until LINK moons or I kill myself.
>>
>>61421796
Build reward seasons launched in May this year. There also will continue to be more seasons. You act as if these 2 airdrops are the only two that will ever happen. In that case I get why you're upset but it's an incorrect and retarded way to look at it.

Unfortunately, they all look like absolute irredeemable shitcoins to me. I'm going to sell them all the moment they unlock (or maybe a few days early to front-run everyone else).

>>61420718
I hadn't thought about liquidity. It's a bit scary, but I think I'll stick with my strategy of including some of the micro-cap shitcoins. $/cube is the only quantifiable method I can really grasp, so I'm going to stick with it. I figure having more of a smaller coin is the same as having less of a bigger coin if you're going to sell them both in 3 months anyway.

You do realize that small businesses also hire tax attorneys/accountants, right? It's not some exclusive thing that's only accessible to the super rich.

If you're making $15k a year through some secondary source, hiring a CPA (or even a tax attorney if the earnings are considered legally ambigious where you are from) for a couple hundred dollars (probably not more than $500 for the CPA) is not unheard of. Small price to pay to not have to bother with it.

But what does little thomas know of the world, right? Besides filing for gibs and making up headcanon of course.

>>
>>61425833
Would be really funny if they removed it altogether on the 8th. I don't think they will though.

>Also, take hit and sell upfront thus sacrifising a portion of tokens or wait for 90 days?
Dumping everything immediately is almost always the safer play. These shitcoins can lose 99% of their value in 90 days. Would be interesting to see what the penalty looks like. SXT I might just hold on to see where it goes, maybe even longer than 90 days. The rest of them... Not so keen on holding for any longer than necessary.

Reading comprehension continues to be your achilles heel. CPA and tax attorneys don't just work for multinationals and the super wealthy. I brought up small business to help you understand the breadth of cases they handle. Not that it helped, obviously.

>autistic screeching
Just look up prices for CPAs in your area, you sperg. Turbotax charges $129 to let "an expert" file your taxes. $500 is more than enough to have some low level but competent accountant file your taxes for you.

Anyway, you're missing the point. The point is that when these upcoming build rewards are distributed, most of us will have made 5 figures just from build rewards, in just 6 months. Paying an account a few hundred shekels a year to manage this doesn't sound like a bad deal.

>inb4 hurr imagine doing that

>Reading comprehension continues to be your achilles heel. CPA and tax attorneys don't just work for multinationals and the super wealthy. I brought up small business to help you understand the breadth of cases they handle. Not that it helped, obviously.

you're trying so hard kid. my biz experience dwarfs yours. you don't have to keep googling this stuff

you don't need tax help for you few grand in gains son... that's the whole point here. i think you keep bringing up the small biz strawman to try and sound smart or something, not sure?

>Just look up prices for CPAs in your area

bahahaahahahah you just revealed your own ignorance. only a dollar store tax pro would publicly list their prices. obviously you don't realize this because you have no experience

>Turbotax charges $129 to let "an expert" file your taxes.

HAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHA holy shit this keeps getting better

you are literally getting a non-cpa indian to type in your w2 for 129, and any complication at all, even mortgage interest is going to increase that closer to 600. also you actually think they are going to do research to come up with a postion on staking rewards? they don't even know what that is..

>$500 is more than enough

500 is the price a shitty accountant would charge. most likely not a cpa and most likely won't have knowledge about complicated issues like staking

again you would know all of this if you were a business owner with experience, which you aren't

>I'm in a country that doesn't have capital gains taxes, and filing crypto is incredibly easy.

oh wait so you're not in the us? then why the fuck are you talking? that makes more sense why you're so far out of your depth.

>I don't need a CPA

i'm aware of that, that's what i told you above

Isn't it funny how you rapidly unravel when getting confronted with your bullshit? Writing style changes significantly, lots of posturing and bravado. Very amusing.

>only a dollar store tax pro would publicly list their prices.
You don't look at individual listings my dearests dudeposter, you get an aggregate of the going rate.

>500 is the price a shitty accountant would charge. most likely not a cpa and most likely won't have knowledge about complicated issues like staking
Literally one single Google search invalidates this statement. Why choose to be ignorant?

https://usataxgurus.com/average-cost-of-tax-preparation-cpa/?utm_source=chatgpt.com#how-to-choose-the-right-cpa-for-tax-preparation
>Stock & Crypto Investors (Capital gains, dividends, complex reporting)
>Average CPA Cost: $500 – $1,500
This shop claims to do it for $399 which is suspect, but seems like $500 is definitely a reasonable estimate, even if it's on the low side. But since we're talking about reporting only $15k in rewards a year, consisting of just a few sales, it's entirely possible.

>oh wait so you're not in the us? then why the fuck are you talking? that makes more sense why you're so far out of your depth.
According to the source above, my ball park was better than whatever you're imagining. Completely out of your depth, provably wrong and yet full of bravado. How very American. Now concede the point, cowboy.
