I have my law school contracts exam in two days and I’m getting really nervous. Do you guys have any tips for me? Also this is on topic because first semester law school grades are extremely important for getting a good summer job which can really impact your career.
>>61436703Just keep an eye out for the essentials and you'll be fine. Most of the questions will probably boil down to some form of:Offer > Acceptance > ConsiderationDo you have access to old tests from your prof? This was always the most useful way for me to study. I'm sure you've already got an outline, but if you can pick up some others (from outline bank, "friends" etc) even betterYou got this anon I bleev in (You)
>>61436962>Do you have access to old tests from your prof?Yeah, I’ve been writing all the essay prompts he’s given us and gone over all the multiple choice questions he gave us. And I do have an outline that’s 90% just copied from the one our TA gave us, but I’m still so nervous. I’ve never been graded on a curve before so I have zero clue where I am relative to the class, and it feels like there’s a few people I know study way more than me and no one who comes across like they’re blowing it off.
>>61436962Thank you though, my last exam is on the 12th and it’s gonna feel like a boulder falling off my back when this is all done and I can just 100% focus on applying for summer jobs and spending time with my family and walking my dog.
>>61436703Hit the buzzwords and issue spot. Some states like NJ post the bar exam essay questions and sample answers. Look it up. Read the contract ones and apply to the exam.Easy peasyDo the same thing for the bar and get a book of multiple choice questions. The paid for classes just walk u thru it.
