For those that buy ASE's by the tube, do they ever come with a broken seal? How about scratched? Just wondering how good that system is cause I want to get a tube. Gold and silver have been money for most of the world for most of history. Not a surprise that people figured out ways to detect fakes. You can see some tests in the sticky. You can also buy or borrow a sigma machine like picrel. But a reliable seller is almost foolproof because they have modern testing equipment and a big incentive to not sell a fake.

Its an attempt to cling to something, anything, that is defiant to the current system that is fucking everyone over. You can see the same logic for the fags that praise Mao. Left or Right, people want change and are shifting to more and more radical ideas as moderate ideas fail.

None of this would have happened if Occupy Wall-street succeeded, if I were to hazard a guess. But it never was going to succeed, in any realm of sanity.

For me it’s not so much the nazism aspect of it. What they accomplished in such a short amount of time in itself is impressive. I can only assume most of the people posting in these threads have lived life surrounded by jewery and its influences on society, and seeing the way nazi Germany handled it is presumably what many of us wish could happen in today’s world. It’s long overdue but there’s a lack of leadership and a lack of willpower from the masses to change it. People have become passive and distracted

Even looking into Islams history, they could have easily wiped them out but were too nice. In some cases, they did wipe out entire clans of jews due to their treachery. During the 2nd caliph’s leadership (Umar), when they gained control over Jerusalem, they let the jews back in. Despite all the shit jews have continually done, they were still seeking asylum with the Muslims and getting it. It never made sense to me.

I have a question:

If you buy a silver futures contract, can’t you demand physical? Wouldn’t this squeeze the balls of the COMEX really hard?

The COMEX goes to great length to fuck retail investors out of delivery. Some youtube silver pundits tried and they had a lot of difficulty getting a bar.
For starters, retail can just go and buy perfect weights of silver all the way down to 1 ounce to 100oz etc. But the COMEX bars all of varying weight. So you could have a 998.43 bar and a 1023 oz bar etc. Due to this completely pointless variance in the bars, they tell you that the margin you need to post on silver needs to be like 30% higher than what you would need for other commodities. 5000 ounces is also a massive contract, and with futures being settled daily, it can be an unforgiving investment to hold.
When it comes time for delivery, you have to call and call and they make you wait for six million years on the phone etc. You have to aggressively go after them for it. And all along the way they will try to opt you in to a cash settlement.
I think Rob from (gold silver pros?) along with Rafi and some other people made a video on the process. Pretty interesting stuff.

Yes you can take delivery in theory (if you have connections or are a bank) and yes it would squeeze the balls of the COMEX.
The problem is two-fold: 1) instead of taking delivery, buyers settle for cash instead of silver and 2) COMEX does everything in their power to make it nearly impossible for the public to take delivery. Rafi Farber (a Jew mind you) tried to take delivery and failed.

So I’m watching the video which has been referenced about Rafi’s experience getting a COMEX delivery of 5k ounces and Interactive Brokers demanded an extra 10% for “weight tolerance” since the bars supposedly can have 10% more silver than what the contract specifies.
>>
>>61441386
>If you actually have any gold or silver, it has exactly the same value as hen you bought it.
DESU that's not really true. People say this shit then say you can't get rich from precious metals. Silver is up 97% ytd against the USD. Has the USD lost 97% of purchasing power this year in terms of real goods? No, it hasn't. It's lost some but likely a single digit percentage-wise. So your silver has gained 97% in purchasing power minus what ever the USD lost this year. So now, the value has changed. Your silver can purchase more goods this year than it could last year.

The valuation of any currency is indeed a factor.
Because of the convenient layout, I'm using the main page of the Kitco site as an example (pic related). They show the prices for gold in three markets besides the US, but translated into USD. You can then compare how much an ounce costs in other countries because of how the dollar stands against them. That and a concurrent display of exchange rate (missing from that screen) tell you whether it's the dollar or a global demand.

>Your silver can purchase more goods this year than it could last year.
This is objectively true. I track my silver against specific goods and I can buy more with the same amount of silver. Even with nominal price increases on everything else, silver is jumping all of them. Earlier this year, one ounce of silver would buy a single Casio F-91W. That same ounce will now buy two Casio F-91W's.
>>
>>61441427
Even if that were fully the case, as long as you spend it fast enough, you still temporarily have more purchasing power. If you are saying the current silver market is frontrunning the fall of the USD, as long as the prices of other things haven't risen as much, then you still gained purchasing power.

>>
>>61441459
I should have been more specific. Relative strength of currencies is a factor however I was making reference to absolute strength of all fiat currencies. So the argument is gold and silver have gone up in price so much because of the loss of value and faith in fiat currencies. We are seeing bond yields skyrocketing constantly as well as issues with liquidity which supposedly implies a lack of trust between banks but that’s beyond my skill level to try to delve into.

After that you get double what a normal person makes.
After that you get 10x.

America is like those MLM ponzi schemes, odds are no matter how hard you work you aren't getting a significant amount more money and there aren't enough high-paying positions to even fill to give people those jobs.
You either make nothing or you make everything, heard a boomer host on the ramsey show today say "just go out and get a job that pays you 30k more" lmao, when that's literally how much a young person makes a year in today's society.
IDK, it all seems like a scam, guess I'll just buy silver and wait for it all to collapse.

it was the last organisation, at the last point in history, when the globalists and jews were not so totalitarian that you could stand up for europe and try to protect her. Look at the cost of "winning" : Christmas markets are fortified and people act like that's not unacceptably atrocious.
The fight now will be much much harder, but we have to try, or die the thousand deaths of a coward, opposed to the one death of a courageous man.

If (when) silver moons, even if its because of industrial demand, it will have more value this people will be willing to barter, even if its not pure. In my country, .999 fine silver modern coins all have premiums of at least 20%, sometimes more. Its not acceptable, I have some I bought years ago, but no I stay with junk.
In the end, both are good, its safe to have both, junk and fine.
>>
>>61442480
Silver is expected to face severe shortages by 2050. If they don't want to pay something around spot*purity for your junk, you're selling too soon. Within our lifetimes they will be scraping the bottom of the barrel and thanking us for the privilege. SHTF bartering is bunk IMO, but silver is silver, and people who need it will pay for it.

When the paper silver market inevitably crashes and burns, fiat will devalue almost completely and people's savings will evaporate. They will need a scapegoat
>>
>>61442568
Literally me and now I can stop visiting this thread and I don't care about a dip no mo
>>
>>61442593
I think it'll be the other way around

fiat devalues and that will cause paper silver to crash and burn. But either way the result is the same
>>
>>61442593
Ive been oucasted my entire life. I almost think I'll enjoy being scapegoated by normies while they wallow in their failure. Nobody has ever given a fuck about me, so they can piss ten feet in the air for all I care.
>>
>>61442599
Fiat devaluing would, barring other circumstances, cause paper silver to go up just like all other assets except of course fiat.

The problem is the value of paper silver is overwhelmingly based on the promise that anyone can stand for delivery and get the silver they bought shares for delivered to them. (Some demand is from people who just want exposure to the price action and aren't interested in actual metal.)

The recent COMEX outage is one of the first real cracks in this fractional reserve banking system, and if a major investment firm or country decides to stand for delivery only to get force majeur'd and get cash or IOUs the value of aforementioned promises will collapse.
>>
>My LCS has 40% Silver Ikes for $15 each if I buy a whole roll
>The catch is I have to buy at least one roll (20 coins)
Would this be worth it?
>>
>>61442610
When faith in these promises collapses a bank run will ensue, causing paper silver to essentially go to zero while largely not affecting physical spot. There have been signs already in the form of backwardation.

Given the current paper:physical ratio of about 370, if all the money currently locked up in paper silver gets transferred to physical, silver will go to over $15,000 per ounce (with gold seeing a similar percentual increase in price).

Of course, given that not all demand for paper silver stems from people actually wanting physical at some point, 15000 is quite unrealistic but I won't be surprised to see silver touch the 4 digits.

>>
>>61442619
If I'm reading this right, a 40% Ike is a half dollar. Those each contain 0.1479 ozt ASW. At $58.35/ozt, that means each half dollar is worth $8.63 melt. Is he selling the roll for $15? Yes, it's worth buying. $300 for 20 coins? I wouldn't.
>>
There's a joke somewhere about highwaymen saying "stand and deliver" and finance jews hoping you won't ever stand for delivery but it's been a long week and I just can't see it.
>>

>>61442638
>causing paper silver to essentially go to zero while largely not affecting physical spot
This looks like price decoupling as more people catch on. Paper silver will trade at spot, but you buying from a dealer will see rising premiums as a percentage of spot.
>>
>>61442650
>Or maybe it's simply they can't tamp without China buying the entire physical market up at discount?
I thought it was the opposite. The COMEX/LBMA mobius circlejerk worked fine for decades because the intentional (fake) volatility made investors stay away, so they could manipulate the price unmolested. Then one day some horrible horrible antisemites actually tried to extract physical metal from the market (beyond the bare minimum industrial output needed to prove that that the market is real), and now we're here.

Vast lands, good river networks, lush fields (and all you fuckers cultivate is goddamn corn), forests, mountains, tons of coastline, mountain ranges. You have everything. The US could've been and was self-sustaining since establishment. That came two-pronged, since you guys never lacked, you never became resourceful and humble like the Japanese, or inventive and patient like the Germans. Perfect breeding grounds for exploitatives, so here we find ourselves.
Just goes to show that culture is a thing that grows from hardships and overcoming them, and countries are simply extensions of lots of humans.

Overall, the Silver/Gold prices are accurate inflation trackers, but silver is breaking out because it was suppressed for so long, so right now you actually do get a little advantage overall. But we've got a long way to go to 15:1 how it should be. We're at 72:1 right now. Your silver will ~4x compared to Gold still.

Stackturds think everyone either buys retard rocks or keeps all their wealth on hand in fiat,,,,,,lmao why would I have $100,000 in Albanian currency? I buy productive assets (not rocks) that pay interest, rent or dividends, I get paid to be Bobs boss

4chan hates pictures over 4MB so I dragged this one through MS Paint, that means I have never before posted it (usually was too lazy and picked the ones miraculously under 4MB to post).
I was very bored when Corona hit and made some pics of this pirate chest, you may have seen it floating around.

to be fair you made it much further than most of Europe in history.
Our landscapes are riddled with the remains of old Serfdoms, it took several land reforms to even have the farmers own their own land, and the eastern part of it was fucked by the commies and is now sold to Blackrock by poors in financial trouble.

You are painfully obviously being disingenuous and misrepresenting the data. here's a chart of silver price adjusted for inflation for the last 100 years.

I'm so glad your constant lies about silver showed me that it's the best investment. Glad I moved my 401ks into physical silver. Better now than never.
I learned from my mistake. Maybe you can too.

Truth. The people in the breadlines were those who had all of their capital leveraged up in the markets before the big October crash. Those people lost it all and they had nothing on the sidelines. 99% of Americans have a stock portfolio, some insurance benefits (bonds) and a lifetime of toil tucked away in a hole in the ground with some sticks and a roof. House don't cost a lifetime of work to afford... Valuations are all jacked up and unjacking prices is going to leave 90% of the people far worse off than than they think they are. You can't use borrowed money and rising asset prices in lieu of fundamental economics. Losses are stacked up higher than twice the U.S. GDP. You can't do that forever and the result is going to be a disaster. The banks and government will attempt to slow-roll the ponzi unwind as best they can until the dam breaks. Slow-rolling the losses is like someone trying to make you eat a turd by cutting it into really teeny tiny little bites. They can only force-feed you the turd if you sit down at the table. Buying precious metals is how you walk away.
>>
Instead of being mad we got all the good jobs you should read the tax code instead of watching saved by the bell

Those problems weren't caused by the gold standard, they were caused by leverage. Using borrowed money in lieu of cash is a very dangerous game. Banks and the elite profit handsomely from credit and hence why it is always in their interest to take us down with short-sighted path of looting the masses.
They leveraged us up to catastrophic levels even worse than the Great Depression this time. People think their house is an investment because they spent their entire working lives trying to afford one. You used to be able to buy a house after 7 years and now they are talking about a 50 year mortgage. This is what you would expect to see after the credit system has siphoned out literally all of the capital from the economy.
Precious metals is how you escape the sink hole.
