Hello from /v/. Do you think I should just eat the high prices and build new PC now or should I wait for the prices to drop?

Apparently RAM manufacturers aren’t increasing production, so even they seem to believe this is just a temporary bubble. But I'm worried that if I don’t buy now, I’ll be priced out of forever.

This, prices skyrocketed during COOF-69 due to "disrupted supply chains" and they never fucking dropped. Once they go up, and corporations see that it doesn't really hurt their market share because everyone else changed their prices as well - those prices will stay up forever.
Why? Because fuck you that's why.

fpbp.
Nothing ever gets better, only up.
The best time to buy anything is always now.
