We’re in a bear market and crypto has a bad reputation that has not been counterbalanced by crazy gains since 2021 (the 2024-2025 bull run was mediocre). I wouldn’t worry about new retail action so far.

Saylor basically acts as the main force that prevents BTC from crashing harder, as he is constantly the main buyer in volume. If he has to change his behavior for some reason, it will be enormously bad, but so far so good.
