holy shit cons suck so much nowadays, everyone wants to sell you something. Desperately need cons where there is no commercial area, just games and activities.

i never minded the sellers much, i prefer artists alley to the rest of teh basic vendors, but i do want less commercial activities. smaller cons are better at this, and theyre more common than the big name ones. some are even free or do giveaways
