What are some of the easiest things to cook?

The type of thing you can just throw all the ingredients in the pan and cook

Right now I make a lot of steak, bolognese and fried veggies simply because of the ease but I need to learn more.

What would you make if you only had one pot and one stove?

It's one of my favorites. The onions are sweet. The eggs are creamy. The chicken gets a nice brothy flavor and it's all very good. Don't be a bitch.

Roasted veggies

Pasta if you do 4 cups of water per pound of pasta directly into the sauce, I haven't drained since I started doing this

Ratatouille is very easy. You don't have to make it the Pixar way. Don't worry about peeling or salting eggplant, that's totally unnecessary. You don't need to roast anything or cook anything separately either. Just dice or chop your veggies and cook them together til they soften. Done.

You can even use tomato sauce instead of fresh tomatoes as a shortcut. But if you do want to do a little extra, mushrooms are a great addition.

>Boil soup stock and add fishballs + vegetables
>Boil some noodles
>Season some sliced meat beforehand to fry as topping

Boom, healthy-wish homemade noodle soup.
