One of my favorite quick foods (often derided as student's food) is a quarter head of suan cai chopped up and stir fried with garlic, chili, tinned tuna and scrambled egg, eaten with rice. It's quick, easy, stores practically forever and cheap to make. The beef and suan cai soup we're talking about is traditional Chinese Muslim cuisine and it's good af homemade but the instant one is pretty good, too but I've only had JML. I see Unif all the time, I just never buy it.
