Seed oil fear mongers absolutely BTFO. Experts in full force destroying conspiratards, disinformation artists absolutely seething. Seed oil chads happily using their canola oil knowing they are living their best and healthiest life.

Hm, I wonder if someone stands to gain by convincing you to eat less meat and meat products and eat more cheap agricultural products...

How are you so sure that they don't want to promote beef, chicken and shrimp stir-fry passing through hot oil in a wok?

Just want to point out several studies show palm oil to be harmful. It's so shelf stable though it's in most prepackaged oil containing items in America.

What if the seed oils are heavily oxidized like most industrially produced non-cold pressed oils??? Are petroleum based solvents bad for you? I heard they're used to produce seed oil.

You know what, fuck it. If retards can't see through this shit by now what comes next will be a net benefit for the human race.

I wonder what the food the conspiracy theorists will latch onto after they get bored of the seed oil thing. Maybe they’ll say salt is a jewish plot to give the goyim hypertension
>>
>>20980607
Everyone knows that salt is an important electrolyte, IDIOT.

I hear that certain sea salts actually have very high levels of lead. Also iodized salt may or may not trick people into thinking they are not iodine deficient when most of the world is iodine deficient.
>>
>>20980612
yeah whatever shlomo, that’s why everyone is shilling “kosher” salt. I’m onto you buddy
>>
>nutrition experts
Yea those aren't scientists. Not all seed oils are bad though. Sunflower particularly gets a bashed u fairly just because it falls under the 'seed oil' banner. But it contains the lowest amount of phytoestrogens, and has a wealth of vitamins and good fat
>>
>>20979801
Who paid the experts, who funded the research?
>>
>>20980627
I only shill 3lb buckets of fleur de sel, and iodine and magnesium supplements.
>>
>>20980629
Only cold pressed oils can be healthy IMHO, and that includes seed oil.

I still stick with butter, ghee, animal fats, olive oil, and real avocado oil.
>>
>>20979855
I've narrowed my issues with bloating down to canola seed oil -- but I don't know if it's the canola in itself, or the petro-hexane used to chemically extra the oil. So far I'm find with eating a lot of palm oil. Saff-flower also fine but that's not everywhere like canola, only deserts.W2WGTJ
>>
>>20980641
Try drinking hexane. You can get a jug on amazon.
>>
>>20980635
>I still stick with butter, ghee, animal fats, olive oil, and real avocado oil.
I agree completely
>>
>RFK has a brainfart and decides to take hostages until canola is outlawed
>every "good" oil skyrockets in price as even the cheapest foods have to start using the fancypants stuff
>everything gets more expensive and the fancy oils triple in price
Folks, the goal is to eat good, not to force everyone to eat good.
>>

>Sunflower particularly gets a bashed u fairly just because it falls under the 'seed oil' banner. But it contains the lowest amount of phytoestrogens, and has a wealth of vitamins and good fat
The only healthy sunflower oil is cold-press high-oleic. That one's genuinely good, but it's extremely difficult to find, especially in burgerland, which lacks a tradition of sunflower cultivation.

Tallow's good for making soap. I would never fry food in it. That's why you're fat.

>reddit spacing
>umm... source?
If you don't understand that oil is expensive, even when we are using the cheaper stuff, then you're an idiot. And if you don't understand that making the most commonly used form of oil illegal (and not just one form, but several of those forms), and restricting all commercial, industrial, and household uses to the fancypants hippie stuff would have *cost of living consequences*, then you've graduated from an idiot in training all the way up to a full fucking retard. Why don't you find a study saying it'll all be fine if you're going to draw that line.
>>
>>20979855
Because it destroys the vegan narrative when the plant version of a product is killing people and causing all sorts of metabolic disorders and the animal version is healthy for you
>>
>>20979801
Some nutrition experts have admitted that saving the planet is more important than eating healthy. Seed oil production creates less co2, therefore you're saving the planet buy eating seed oils over animal fats, plus they're heaps cheaper. The fact seed oils are a bit or a lot toxic and taste worse is a worthwhile sacrifice to save the planet.

ngmi

also why is it so hard to understand that most problems with the type of fat only occur because of overconsumption??
>>
>>20981276
I believe you can never overconsume on creamed butter.
I put it on my bread
In my coffee
I have it as a snack
I cook with it
I even clean the bottom of my pan with it
It keeps the meat from drying out
I always make sure there's a bar of butter in my car should anything happen.
>>
>>20979801
>doesn't actually link any of the supposed "research"
KYS tranny.
>>
>>20981276
Because "don't overconsume" is never enough, mentally ill freakshows NEED to act like it's literally equivalent to eating plutonium.
Their lives are so boring they need to make a gimmick out of avoiding some random ingredient. In another life these subhumans would probably have become trannies.
>>
>>20980892
Alternatively people arguing against plant oils could be trying to prove the narrative that eating animal products is necessary therefore justified? IDK can work either way
