I bought some of those not knowing what they were. I ended up juicing them by pushing them through a fine mesh strainer.
The taste is fine, but they're not worth the hassle. They need to invent a seedless variety.

They're good but it's hard to find fully ripe ones around here. The cactus leaves are much more rewarding, for me
