I had some u4 and u2 shrimps/prawns but I'm not sure the species. Haven't seen them in years but I used to not them from a fishmonger in my area. I'd get them home, remove the head, tail and shell then butterfly, bread and deep fry to eat as a shrimp cutlet. The u4 ones were really nice as a sandwich with vinegar slaw.That one in the OP looks about the same size so that's probably the ones I used to buy
