Anyone know anything I can drink, or if necessary eat, to pass gas? I get bloating like a mother fucker all the time, don't know why, tried everything, I just need something that will release the gas.
More fiber in your diet. Beans, unironically. Your gut biome needs time to get healthy again. Salads with beans in them.
Go to your local pharmacy and buy a bottle of magnesium citrate and drink bottle you'll be clear of gas in about 30 minutes.

Yeah your gut can adapt and get a little healthier but they still contain things that will promote gas even after your gut has adapted.Gas and bloating all the time is probably more likely a food intolerance of some sort. It can be from anything though it's often some kind of carbohydrate intolerance. It could be starch, or lactose, or sucrose, or fructose. That's assuming OP isn't consuming artificial sweeteners or anything too.
mix some baking soda into water and drink it and in a couple hours you'll fart like a 2 stroke engine

If those people have kombucha they make matters infinitely worse for themselves: the only solution is a diet with no fermentable ingredients, to starve out the bacteria and fungi, in other words: lettuce and water for months on end. Not a happy spot to be in.

Gas is caused by poor digestive health, there's not really a drink that directly cures this. Obviously some foods cause foul gas and are too be avoided.
