Elec was trying to get him strong enough to beat Freiza, but he couldn't even handle someone with a power level less than 10k(10k being where it was in Father of Goku, which happens later).And stacking SSJ and Oozaru came from GT, not Heroes. And that's kind of a big issue with this whole fight, without the games, Bardock has nothing. You can give him SSJ from Episode, but everything better than that came from the games, he even got SSJ4 in Heroes, but no actual use of it. He got 3 in XV2, but all he used it for there was fighting Mira, and even being able to achieve that came because Towa augmented him. This is just like Freiza vs. Megatron, until we know what they're using for Bardock, if you go by what he's shown to do in canon, he gets stomped hard. If you take all the noncanon shit he'll probably win, unless they give Omni-man the MK1 "everyone is universal".
