Everything about the Turtles is too mundane by Naruto standards for this to work as the Turtles coming to Naruto's world. Talking animals and animals that know ninjitsu is already a thing in this setting. Naruto coming to a New York a being terrorized by aliens would be way more crossover worthy.

This was a mess.The art is pretty, but the fight choreography is really, really bad and the perspective and moments of character interaction are questionable or just as bad. More often than not, it looks like they're posing in a blank space rather than talking or fighting against each other in a environment they're interacting with. And the times that the characters are actually interacting with one-another or are standing on the ground don't look the same as when they're posing on top of one-another.It's like the main artist had a fill-in artist come in to finish the pencils and the colorist had to put in artifacts from other things to finish the background work.The plot is inoffensive. It isn't for people who are hardcore Naruto or TMNT fans.It's going to get sales because of the novelty of NarutoxTMNT. But the true test is what the drop-off is on the second book. If the drop-off isn't bad, then it might invite more manga/IDW crossovers or just more American/Japanese crossovers from other properties. But the book is mediocre at best. Or just bad with some bright spots like the Turtle masks.

A world of difference and something lacking in a lot of western comics
