thread is unusually shit this time around
>>153825477
>>153825812legendary fucking thread, can't believe I was there to see it happen in real time
it made me laugh
>>153820770I’ve thought about this for a few weeks. Unless anon is leaving out crucial details of faggotry, he didn’t do anything wrong. A lot of people treat sex casually, and if two attractive people hooked up and were making out after a party, suggesting sex isn’t out of the cards. It’s not like anon was taking advantage of her, and sounds like he would’ve been totally fine with whatever her boundaries were. 4am is too late to start doing anything, but that doesn’t seem to be the issue for her. Either she overreacted or anon left out how his actual pickup line was, “ayy girl shall I pork you now or pork you later?”
>>153824009haven’t seen this in years
>>153825918Can’t believe this of all shows ended up making one of the most unhinged hatefics I’ve ever seen. Also, I’m ashamed to admit I read it all in his voice (which is literally just Sam from Sam and Max’s voice)

>>153820345>>153825857I thought for a college student movie this is pretty good at least for the time it was made. It's not as good as most student made short movies but for the technology during the era created by a single person I consider it ambitious. Sure it may look strange and offmodel in some areas but remember the person had endless nights to complete a single minute short movie which is still a better fleet than being the major hit Pixar or Dreamworks movie. Nobody was expecting Shrek or Ice Age or Finding Nemo and never will. It was somebody showcasing talented abilities so they can get hired into the industry. I heard it even won an award later that year so it gave it the boost it needed for a very healthy career.
>>153837576kek
>>153820345This one still makes me chortle occasionally
>>153825857I've noticed people are being WAY too hard on it, but desu it was a product of its time. I'm in no way defending this as it was bad, even for a student project, but as for a thing made by one person in 2003 (even with the proper technology at the time), this was rather ambitious. Sure now it looks dated, in fact it may have looked like some pre rendered Playstation cutscene from the late 90s, but it was excusable as it was the student's first rodeo in animating a project.>>153831278>why are all the sound effects bitcrushedIt's because of the technology back then. Most sound effects that are made on the fly are recorded on WAV files, but are not on the same quality as currently, or even back then when major animation companies that were releasing Shrek, Ice Age, Toy Story or Monster's Inc. were more professional with their production. So to answer you question, this was independently made by one student, and the technology back then was not advanced as it currently is to day.>>153831527It might've been very wonky but there is an old saying, sometimes you need to start at the bottom of the barrel before you get to the top. It's bad and make no mistake about it, but it is rather ambitious for the time. So for a student project, there's some ambition to it.>>153835962>It's not as good as most student made short movies but for the technology during the era created by a single person I consider it ambitious.>It was somebody showcasing talented abilities so they can get hired into the industry.See? But there's more to it.>I heard it even won an award later that year so it gave it the boost it needed for a very healthy career. The animator who made this, Izabela Bzymek, would go on to have a career of her own, doing animation work like Happily N'Ever After, The Nut Job, The Angry Birds Movie, and The Lego Ninjago Movie. Also, she's written and illustrated a few kids books. So in a weird way, this little movie did help her a bit.
>>153837922>Izabela Bzymekbeing Polish, her surname is very rare
