So this movie has really messed up my crossover multiverse fanfiction. I usually had Jax bringing up alot of problems for the main characters to solve, but now that he's an abstracted cuck who lives in a dog shed, I've had to completely rewrite so much of my work. On the plus side, I guess them getting internet access and making Caine a good guy also works in my favor, since alot of my chapters revolve around the girls getting caught in his wacky adventures. See, Starfire (from teen titans) would be willing to put up with his antics, but Hornet (from Hollow Knight) would want to kill him, if he was actively malicious.I'm still working on the details of how to get the TADC crew into the real world without it defeating the premise of them being SOMA clones. I figured that the multiversal nexus that connects all of their universes would only allow them to visit the digital circus in their universe, so they still wouldn't be able to escape the circus, but they can at least travel to other universes. the Multiversal nexus, created by Pizza Face and Slade after summoning the Grim Trouppe, also sort of works on Kingdom Hearts logic, where it normalizes their bodies to be consistent with other worlds, so when Gangle meets Xiao and Hornet and Starfire for the first time, her body is essentially given solid form, and when the group has to travel to Hallownest to babysit Hornet's 500+ void siblings, they all get shrunken down to size so they don't destroy the whole kingdom just by existing. Anything else I'm missing? With Caine's spoiled redemption arc, I'm thinking of rewriting him as a curious trickster who wants to simply bring his wacky adventures to all of reality, sort of like Mr. Mxyzptlk. He definitely has that vibe, especially during the chapter I wrote where he travels to the Superman universe and has a duet against the genuine article.
