Not all of the ones made by Lune are like that but most from black rainbow and fudegaki have that element to some degree. The saiminjutsu series in particular has a pretty strong focus of corrupting caretakers though since they're never outright malicious there's not any sort of revenge element in their routes.

In SJ2 you have your mother, your aunt and cousin to work with and there are plenty of scenes with the cousin and aunt and some with the mom and aunt. There aren't any combo character endings though so you'll end up choosing one or you'll go harem route with every girl including those 3. The game is loaded with bad ending routes so have a guide.
SJ3 is somewhat meh because most routes are fairly isolated and you only get your step mom to work with and your little sister in the harem end which barely has any content. There's also your friend's little sister and her mom, they share quite a few scenes.
SJ4 lacks a mother but rather has you in the care of 2 older sisters
Wizard Links is a bit odd because the closest you have for a male insert is the shota from a family that gets brainwashed along with many other characters by the villains targeting the magical girl family (one daughter and her mother) that lives next door to your family. One ending in the magical girl mom route basically has them turn all of you into hedonistic sex addicts that have regular orgies. The shota isn't the one doing the brainwashing in those game though.
The kyonyuu kazoku and daikazoku games had h anime adaptations so you can get the synopsis from those.

The saiminjutsu games sometimes like to throw you gut punches for brainwashing people that were genuinely kind to you. In one of the stepmom's endings of 3 you basically regret changing her so much that you essentially "killed" the woman that raised you and end up crying when you find a locket of her with your picture in it. Routes in 3 (each character has two) can more or less be divided between hard mind control and softer mind control, one has you reprogram characters more heavily while the other has you use more subtle manipulation and has a more standard moral degradation element, though IIRC the soft mind control routes can lead to dead ends if you don't have enough experience with mind controlling people and they break free I think you have to do some route partways to make it so the soft routes don't wind up with you getting killed. The canon ending in 2 is technically one where you prevent Murakoshi (the guy that teaches you hypnosis) from NTRing you and wind up regretting the damage you did so much that you erase everyone's memories of you and run away with your reverse trap tomboy friend who wanted to leave her shitty household. It's pretty sad how your mother in that ending gets a scene where she's alone at night crying because she feels like there's something missing.
