She could have made bank with Bessie, even if no one big wanted to buy her. But there's still a chance...

So, this would mean that Sara would need to take Bessie back...But Sara's not heartless. She's seen that Bessie works so well with the MC, and she just couldn't *bear* to see them parted. So, she offers a new contract. All he has to do is waive away the old contract and sign this new one! With an updated price. Oh, and it has this additional condition in it, that she takes half of all profits from milk sales while the contract's in effect (standard for the industry, don't you worry about it), but at least she'll let that first payment roll over into this new contract! Isn't she nice.
