It’s basically a safe town/city in the middle of fairy territory where pretty much everyone lives peacefully (unless they fuck up bad). The only real issue it has is that the fairies are a bit alien/dumb when it comes to civilization, but they make it work. And even sometimes marry their “guests” and have kids. I don’t know if any non-fairy preds are allowed there though. I don’t think they are.
