Anime Ace BB is a nice standard for typesetting, and it's important to swap fonts when the appearance of the Japanese changes as well. The heavy breathing and grunts/gasps in this case are visibly thinner and take on a handwritten approach, so you want to try to match that. In this case I googled "thin handwritten font" and came across Delicate Little Flower which works well for this particular instance, as an example of what to do. There are whole packs of fonts intended for typesetting you can find out there but it's a little overkill to recommend for someone who only wants to do it on occasion.
