You've gotten a lot better, at busts in particular. Not a ton to say, I've got light suggestions for the butt pose and the legs in the first and last shot look too short. Ill have redlines by this evening.

Not to get in your grill about dialogue too much but it might be fun to fit in situation specific lines,
>I need this for my next fight, I cant fall behind
>so many raw materials
>ugh, nothing antigravity about you now
>whew, plenty to work with next time
Etc

Redlines summary:

1) Lots of artists do these wrinkle things and I'm not a fan. Pregnant women and even really fat women either have a regular spine curve or one rounded love handle, there's not really any reason the skin would bunch out like that repeatedly, and it's kinda gross looking imo.

2) Have the belly contour around the leg, if it's implied to be jutting forward. Otherwise, the conflicting volumes imply the leg is straight up, but very short. In general, keep an eye out for this kind of volume conflict around bellies, especially when using reference where the belly isn't actually there.

3) I dunno if I should give advice on this because I suck at butts desu but the ass doesn't really tuck like that at your angle. Sometimes there's a little dimple there but it isn't a visible overlap of skin - that happens when the leg is extended and the fat of the buttocks is compressed. Asses can be hot without tucks! Just make 'em curvy.

4) Hands are also super hard so whatever but keep in mind the thumb starts at the base of the hand, which is more of a slightly widening flat rectangle than a box.

5) Ok this is the big one and I've seen it in a couple pieces from you - try and lean on the side of making your legs longer. You've got good proportions on the torso, where one head length = one length down to about the nipple line, another length down to around the bellybutton or hip start, etc. But the femur part of the leg is two head lengths *at least*, usually longer, depending on the person. I think if you worked on stretching your limbs a bit, maybe doing some leg proportions practice specifically, you'd really hit a milestone in making your art even better.

6. You can't forshorten the upper arm and keep the forearm dangling. You gotta pick.

7. More hand stuff. Hands are hard.

I skipped the bits that looked like you were clearly still workin on 'em. It all looks pretty dope already hope these are just some useful tips.

Hi again! Tried to implement as much as I could, I for the life of me could not foreshorten the arm properly I dunno why, but I'll take another crack at it tomorrow. Also gonna spend tomorrow looking at the top middle pose! Let me know what you think so far
>>
>>9942972
Looks really good dude. Not the other anon, but I think that the one on the left, the line under the breast for the belly could be moved over or joined with the torso. But i am also shit at art so take my critique with a grain of salt.

>>
>>9943363
His art just became very generic once he moved over to Eka's, idk if it's because his sketches are better than his colored art or he just simplified his art style. I actually had a few of his old Ino sketches saved before but my PC shat the bed and I lost them forever.

looking good! Getting stuck happens to me all the time, sometimes it's best to just skip it with something else, like having the arm extend out instead. I've got some footnotes but you've covered all the big stuff. And dang, I am envious of your line variation, I can never seem to nail that. Do you have a tablet, or brush settings you can share? Colors are great too.

Should have a wip of my own to post later.

I currently work on a Wacom Cintiq 16

I'm not sure what program you use, but I use CSP EX for drawing so all the following is related to that.

My current brush for lines is surprisingly the "darker pencil". I just really like how loose it feels compared to the pen options. In regards to line variation two recent important things I've been doing is using vector layers instead of raster layers and always setting my brush size around 1-2 sizes higher than what I need. The reason for vector layers is so you can cleanly adjust the linework without creating the mess of erasing and trying to redraw lines. And the reason I use a slightly higher brush size is to sort of force myself to practice applying pen pressure. I noticed I was going full force throughout whole line strokes, so it's more of a technique practice then line practice.

I also have my stability at 35 to have nicer curves as well as having density and brush size ticked to be affected by pen pressure.

All of that being said, I highly encourage just trying out random brushes. I've flipped between a ton of different ones for my lines in the past few months.

Again, thanks for redlining my stuff and am looking forward to see what you have to share! (also if you want to talk some more my discord and Eka's DMs are always open!)

this is a minor nitpick but unless there is some *hefty* material supporting it, pretty much every same size belly should sag and touch the ground, especially one of that size. Like if the skin is stretching, no matter how strong the pred's legs are, it's still gonna sag.
>>

I use a fucking ipad with procreate lmao. It was ok while I was still trying to learn but it's feeling a little cramped now. I didn't even realize vector layers in a raster project were a thing, that sounds incredibly handy. Might be time for me to plop down the investment for a cintiq and a dedicated art computer at some point.

Anyway, here's a wip. I might throw some shading in there, we'll see. Don't feel pressured to redline or anything, but I've definitely stared at it too long so if there's anything that looks glaring or expressions that seem especially derpy give me a heads up.
