A public digger license or crane operator thing or whatever might help depending on what the job usually requires in permits and that is why you give them a call

The job offer I saw asks for a safety certification and experience on the job. I have the former but not the later, I'm just trying to figure out if there's actual skill involved or if I can just add to my resume that I worked for a cable installing company back in 2012 or some lol.
