Which is better for lawn care?
2 stroke. I have both 2 and 4 stroke weed eaters and will grab the 2stroke every time. They rev higher and are lighter. The 4 stroke has a bit more torque down low in the rpm, but that's precisely where you don't need it.
>>2903644Also, Stihl FS56RC for the win.
>>2903644Almost every two-stroke has more torque than 4-stroke
90% of the global north population would be fine with a battery unit, with how little property most own
>>2903643> lawnWell, a lawn mower obviously! Mowing your lawn with such a thing is retarded! Those are for the edges and around trees and shit only. Also >>2903664 is right. Go battery and save yourself the noise and fumes. And if you need to go big, go a tad bigger than >>2903645 and put a metal blade on it. Also, get some pre mix like Aspen, working all day in gas station 2-stroke fumes is for Mexicans and retards.
>>2903643>single cylinder 4 stroke engineSuch abominations belong on lawn mowers.
>>29036432 stroke. Not only because it's lighter but also because the tool is used at max throttle & RPM like 90% of the time, which is where 2 strokes really shine.
>>2903647Now do comparable sized weedeater dyno charts...
I have a 4 stroke and it is an order of magnitude quieter than any 2 stroke i've used. It sounds like a quiet little outboard boat motor. Not having to mix oil into the gas is a nice bonus.
