Are there jobs lower on the totem pole in the construction world than jobsite clean up?
There's money to be made doing that. Getting a dumpster is your only expense, aside from the time it takes to fill it.

In some places for certain kinds of cleanup you also have to carry insurance in case it's toxic or harmful materials, etc. Basically lots of bullshit involved and most people practically trip over themselves handing you money in order to perform this work just so they don't have to deal with it.Funny enough, it has a lot in common with crime scene cleanup companies that work basically the same way.
