It is a fairly generic 1970s era man's short haircut. It looks like his cut is more or less even all around, but it is somewhat more trimmed at the back of the neck and by the ears. It isn't quite a short back and sides haircut, but it is not a completely even all around bowlcut, either. It is a fine haircut for a man today to have, if underrated at this time.

I showed some pic of Francisco Lachowski before and he said that it only looks good for a photo but in reality i'll have to get a haircut again a week later and told me if he wants me to cut it shorter and I agreed like a cuck.

The best haircut for my skull shape looks like the "need to get a haircut" haircut because of my ears and skull shape. I'm happy with how my hair looks about 2 - 3 weeks after I get it cut but then another 2 weeks later it starts looking too messy and I need to get it cut again. Problem is I legit don't know how to communicate with barbers. They never understand what i'm trying to say.

Last time I literally said "don't cut too much around the ears because they stick out and" and he looked at me like i'm an alien.

I really feel like i've tried everything. Even when I get one to understand what i'm saying, he'll still say shit like "oh this only looks good for a modelling photo but you'll have to get it cut really shortly afterwards" or whatever the fuck.
I think i'll just have to take pics of myself when my hair is at the perfect length and just tell them to go back to that length when i'm getting it cut. It's so annoying that they only know how to do one type of haircut.

You could also word it this way, "Trim my hair an inch all around so that it takes off two months of growth, and slightly taper the back of my head," or something like that, when you reach a longer length. That way, the implication is that about an inch should be removed, and no more. I have trimmed the sides of my head with scissors carefully, before. It probably wasn't perfect, but my ears are kind of pointy, and utterly short isn't really my thing, either.

Not him but I have the same problem. And to answer your question, I've only had my hair cut 2 or 3 times in the past 5 years. Those times were when I wanted to meet up with online friends and wanted to look normal. I need to get my hair cut before January because I'm meeting up with a female friend from overseas and would like to look good when she comes. The problem is, I'm afraid a barber is going to fuck my hair up. I want long, messy hair on top and short back and sides. But there are so many ways a barber could fuck that up and give me something I don't want. I might have to pay a bit extra and go to a 'stylist' or something. Someone I can show some photos to, and be sure I'll get the desired result. I'm a bit nervous about that but I'll have to suck it up.

Tell them you just want to clean/trim it up but want to keep the shape overall.

just keep the sides clean and let the top grow out longer. Don't need to show a picture to the STYLIST just tell HER you want the sides and top to be different lengths.

I almost always use a female stylist/barber over an all male barbershop 90% of barbershops in my area is just a place to get a fade and gossip. The stylist I have now always recommends stuff that might make the cut look better and usually it does.

Hard to tell what the back looks like, but ask for a scissors cut and a slickback with no texturing. Sides and back should be about 1~1.5cm shorter than the top and leave about 0.5cm on the strands near the temples so you can cover it if you have any recession. I think Oscar Isaac had a similar hairstyle at some point so maybe look for his pictures if you need more reference.
