Stone Falcon in particular felt really nice, but I didn't like the design of one, and one didn't fit my size of XL.

Alright /fa/ I have a strange request here. I have no idea who else to ask, but I think this might be the best board for this because if any board knows about clothing, it would be you guys. I'm asking an artist to design a character for me. I want the character to be wearing one of those military parka with the fur hoods. I want the parka to look as realistic as possible. I have sent my artist dozens of reference photos and this is the rough draft she came up with.

Can you guys look over it and see if anything looks weird or off? I think my two main concerns is that the top button on the collar looks like it's placed a little too low. Second concern is I think some of the stitching seems unnecessary. I'd like to know which stitching can be removed without affecting the structure of the coat.

also you should learn how to proxy buy this stuff directly from taobao. there's more products offered, everything tends to be in stock, and everything costs like half as much. i test brands out with aliexpress then i order a bunch of shit off taobao personally.
i won't rec an agent since shipping rates are fluctuating a lot this year with the legal situation over fake designer stuff but plebbit has up to date info and spreadsheets readily available.

compared to my memory of the surplus first pattern og-107's i wore back in high school the pattern is very faithful and the fabric on these is a bit heavier. it doesn't quite have that silky feel the surplus ones do but the fabric on these is a little bit more rugged. i feel like i could actually use these things as work pants.
the only annoyance is that i had to re-sew all the buttons to have shanks. iirc i had to do this on the surplus ones too.

I come to you in desperate need, how do I pull off a green suit without looking like a clown /fa/.?

I used to wear slim fit jeans but got tired of them so I bought some baggier ones. Problem is, I like to walk a lot and after wearing them today I got burns on the inside of my legs as they were rubbing the fabric where the crotch ends -they are kinda low-. Is there a way to alleviate this or am I doomed to choose between not walking much and being in pain?

you have to match a straight fit with a low taper angle to your thigh size. i can't just blind rec a guy i don't know his thigh size so my rec is measure yourself and sift through size charts. denim that doesn't come with a full size chart is not worth buying unless its something like connor's sewing factory tier lol.

I pretty much only wear Reebok Club C85 vintage. What are some other shoes, maybe Nikes, that could complement the Reeboks well or be similar to them?
