What shampoo does /fa/ use? I'm trying to get rid of garbage cheapo store brands that i used. Is pic related decent?

Your picrel is shit.
It really depends on a lot of factor. Highly YMMV. Some suggestions:
Dandruff/seborrheic dermatitis/similar: anti-fungal shampoo with zinc pyrithione (banned in the Western world), piroctone olamine, etc. Find one that's effective for you, basically gacha. Switch when it stops being effective.
Swimmer/clarifying shampoo: Paul Mitchell Shampoo 3
Sensitive irritated skin: Vanicream Shampoo
Hair loss: usually people online just recommend anti-fungal shampoo, specifically ketoconazole ones. On top of oral and topical medications.

Just use a normal soap and go to the gym to fix your t levels

Shampoos are for women because they're dumb enough to fall for marketing scams. Men wash their hair with a regular soap once every few days, and with plain water during the rest of the days.

You've never had sex.

I have thicker, denser and silkier hair than any of you poopoo using consoomers. Everyone keep asking me what shampoop I use and don't believe me when I tell them I don't use the poo.

this works very well, especially if you do it in the morning.
I started washing my hair with grey soap every other day (and water on other days) and my hairdresser (woman) noted that my hair & scalp have improved

Greasy, matted - not to mention, smelly - hair, probably ok if it's short or you prefer dating hippies but I would be very embarrassed to walk around smelling like that. I guess you could use vinegar and dry shampoo, if regular shampoo somehow offends you.

every dollar you spend on that is a dollar less for fin and min.

i started using shampoo more often and it caused my hair to be super greasy within 1 day, I now am required to shampoo after every sleep as its so greasy, like it developed an addiction to it, idk how to fix it

I suggest you use more sparingly and wash out with conditioner rather than shampoo. After about a month you should be ok but be sure to detangle if needed.
