it's a burberry trench coat, but the fabric is pretty unusual for burberry, brushed polyester. normally they're cotton/poly gabardine so they have a different texture. you could probably find something in that colour made from gabardine.

I had a winter coat from sears in brushed polyester, has kind of a suede-like feel to it so even though it's a cheap material it isn't as obvious about it.
