I'm on 10 years of intermittent fasting and working out every day, or at least every other day. My diet is basic meat, eggs, dairy, pasta sometimes, basically whatever. I just dont eat fast food, junk food, desserts or sweets of any kind. I don't consume soda or energy drinks.

I do drink beer and I do drink coffee. But I also only eat once a day and the beer and food only comes after a 4 mile run.

I started Nov 1st and have been going strong.
