I'm on 10 years of intermittent fasting and working out every day, or at least every other day. My diet is basic meat, eggs, dairy, pasta sometimes, basically whatever. I just dont eat fast food, junk food, desserts or sweets of any kind. I don't consume soda or energy drinks.I do drink beer and I do drink coffee. But I also only eat once a day and the beer and food only comes after a 4 mile run.

Doing my own version of this where I don't fap, don't drink, work out everyday, don't shave and of course don't nut. Also I wake up everyday at 6 to go to work. I started Nov 1st and have been going strong. The working out and not splooging has made me noticeably sharper and my energy/mood has gone way up but my god, the urge to fuck everything that walks by me is relentless.
