>>75134843If your tendons are especially fucked I would start especially shit like behind the neck at 50% normal to get blood in it to recover and eat well like hearty stocks and veggies and meats. Also your close grip is weak like the muscles get taken over by other shit so work on strict close grip strict core so the load doesn't shift to front delts or your shoulders don't get out of brace for the respective lift.
