I am now at the point where I do this with 2 plates for 20 reps. Am I retarded for going so far? I stopped getting shoulder and neck injuries after I hit 1 plate for several reps (which is why I even started doing them). Feels like I am letting my ego take over and going HAM for no reason

I am gonna be honest, your form must be terrible.

What is your neck measurement?

You can go heavy with neck work. I like hooking my harness to a cable at head level and stepping back to give tension. I then move my head from side to side for time. I do this facing forward and backwards. When I started doing this I had recently started a new job, after three months I could no longer button the collar to the shirt i wore to the interview.
