Calisthenifags, I need your help.
How to avoid pain in the wrists for doing push-ups? Sometimes there is a pain in the wrist/base of the palm area and it's starting to bother me.

yeah paraletts will work, neutral grip is awesome, now u can fuck ur shoulders without fucking ur wrists! awesome!
but if u wish to grow pecs u need to isolate pectoralis major be it clavicular or sternal head with straight muscle fibers between origin and attachment points (this NEVER happens in benchlike motions - pec is always wrapped around rib-cage in pushup), isolate it and keep the tension on muscle belly for tens of seconds, my upper pecs and just upper pecs are warm and tender from yesterday abuse (still dialing it up - stood leaned on clavicular head of pectoralis major a litttle too long lol)

u "do dips" now because u fucked ur shoulder in pushup plane, now u're looking for host of different fuckups in shoulder elbow and sternal pec tendon in different plane

i have found pecs:

my sternal head isolation might be called modified unilateral dip, full internal shoulder rotation in my version protects the shoulder, that fact that it's an isometric hold is also protecting shoulder, and middle of pec gets the stimulus u will not get with anything conventional
i am also glad to announce that i have improved it since i typed it out :D
