Was thinking about doing this, maybe in Phuket or somewhere less touristy, if I lose enough weight. But I'm not sure how difficult it will be. I was in Bangkok in 2019 for a family wedding and just going outside for a walk was a mission. The heat and humidity in Thailand is something else.
