Will doing this but with my feet on an office chair get me big shoulders? Or do I need to go even higher?

Also how wide should my grip be if I mainly want to build my upper chest and shoulders?

Narrow grip. The clavicular fibers of the pectoralis major are for shoulder extension.
Wide grip = adduction which is for the sternocostal fibers.
Intermediate between the two for a combination of both fibers.

yeah except all tension must go through front delt first and it will die first and u get no pecs

yeah u don't have a clue what u're talking about - pecs are wrapped around ribcage - they are misfireing in fraction of muscle free of ribcage only, the one thing that is constantly working is front delt, which will die first and u get no pecs
to get to pecs shoulder must be protracted and elbow must be in front of u - 2 things that never happen during pushup
