Would these be effective at making gains for forearms or are there better alternatives like maybe kettlebells? I go to the gym, but also have some equipment at home (pull up bar / parallel bars / dumbbells / adjustable bench) so I'm looking for something I could use at home.

I've had good forearm gains just squeezing a barbell hard with a lot of weight on it. About 80% of your deadlift max, lift it up and just hold it.

>bending ur wrist
qhy not supinating?
>75434540
>short head: u need supinations against resistance with suported forearm, tie belt on small plate, wrap belt around palm so that it tries to pronate your forearm by unwindin, sit down spread thighs and support your forearm on thigh and enjoy your short head of biceps
or like an isometric hold - lifting your palm knuckles up by bending arm in elbow? but no further than 90 degreesin elbow - don't make the angle in elbow acute, even 90 is absolute max:
>brachialis: arm as if it was on a sling across your torso, forearm fully pronated and bend elbow no further than 90 degs (do not go below 90 degs) - this will make sure your biceps does not hop in and "help" brachialis (brachioradialis too unless u do it limp wristed which is also an option), elbow travels back and forth shoulder loose

nah, that seems like so sodomite, like just do not open fangers, as u pull too much weight on them and u compromise ur posture to keep your grip even subconsciously - bad practice all around

>>75470736
it's just cheap chink garbage u do not need
w8, do they make supination chick cheap garbage too? if they do i want one, supinate and pronate against resistance - awesome it would be :D

>>
>>75470908

also introspection, yes very important, i keep telling myself not to do more than 2 isolations a day but i just can't fucking help myself lol but i promise today is 2 and some posture and that's it, yes i am trying some of the shit u try to ridicule bot with mentzer threads :D

Just do weighted pullups and reverse curls

Imagine having this schizo as your PE teacher
>>
>>75470885
Is this also you anon?
>>75434540
I'm having trouble understanding you 100%, but I want to. Can you provide any kind of helpful pics or just try rewording for a retard like me?
>>
>>75470736
Yes. They're great.

This thing made my forearms blow up in places I didn't know they could blow up. I was doing kroc rows, pullups (including pullups off rock climbing thingies), hammer curls, deads. They're nothing compared to wrist roller.

I have one and it's not bad for the extensors but it doesn't do that much for the meaty part of your forearm. From everything I have tried I'd say just regular wrist curls are the most bang for buck for size.
