At what point do you start to get notice by a lot of people, especially younger people, from lifting heavy? Benching 3 plates+ for reps is rare, but pretty common. I imagine shit starts to change once you're benching 4 plates+ for reps, along with squatting 5 plates+ and deadlifting 6 plates+. I'm already stronger than pretty much everybody I see at the gym. Those roids I started taking 11 weeks ago have really made a difference. I mostly work out at my home gym now, though. I'm 24, by the way.

If you train both, then it should be closer to 70%. This is what I was told on another thread I started over this very topic. I can bench 300 for 8, so my one rep max should theoretically be around 375, but I know I wouldn't be able to hit that, since I do less reps with heavier weights than expected for a 375 max.
