it hurts so bad... hurt and pain.. my left arm always just gives out early and starts shaking due to pain in this area. wtf do i do? It's been doing this since I started working out pretty much. I dread chest day as by the time I get to my third workout (peck deck) theres so much pain in this area my left arm limits my workout. pls help!
>>75471543That's one of your bicep tendons. It attaches up into the shoulder and if it's really weak it'll fuck your upper body work. I'd start by trying to focus less on stretch based chest exercises, which could be irritating it, and do more contraction focused lifts instead. Swap bench press for floor press and stuff like that where you take the stretch out of the equation in favor of more reps and volume but with stronger muscle contractions instead
