Tldr.
>Got sick, couldn't move for months, started walking again today

You'll probably call me a fatass but I'm trying to improve.

My left achilles is aching, my legs feel weak, and I have a small headache.

Is this normal when moving again after a long break?

Nice job, anon, but you are capable of much more. Yes, it's normal to be sore but it wouldn't be if you weren't recently immobile.
Give me your height, weight, age, race and foreskin status.

I see, so you're not a hamplanet. That's good. What caused you to be bedridden?

Arrhythmia caused by genetics. Had an operation to pretty much burn the faulty nerves. Had to take it very easy after.

I started walking today as well. I'm 32 years old. Here are my observations:
>I feel like a stranger in my own suburb
>When i see high school aged boys, I feel anxious, like they're going to come and jump me or make fun of my appearance
>I saw a brown high school student sitting on a park bench with a pretty white girl student and I felt shame for the mudshark
>I thought about how I never had those kinds of experiences in high school, but then I remembered, there were quite a few times where I was alone with girls, and I felt happy
>Mostly I feel like I'm not where I should be
>I can't stop thinking about being attacked or robbed and how I'm going to defend myself
>The sun was shining, I enjoyed that, I appreciate the good weather and being alive

Good on both of you. Walk daily. I don't care if you're sore (OP), just walk. Start working on your upper body and back as well with some pushups, pullups or whatever you can muster. You'll be in decent shape soon enough. Walking is such a base-line activity that hammering it daily is the thing to do.
