I want to be a father. Just did a sperm evaluation and my sperm morphology is at 3%, normal range is 4-14%. How do I increase the % of my healthy sperm? My diet is not perfect (too much peanut butter and pasta) but I eat veggies, lean proteins, grains and fruit. Lifting 3-4 times a week, cardio 2-3 times a week. Sleep and stress are the 2 biggest sperm exterminators.
If you really can't manage your stress start doing some kind of meditation, one of the physical ones that asians do like qi-gong or something. Pretty much every kind of meditation will massively lower stress, but the "active" ones where you move around like qi-gong are easier to do and only require 10 minutes, meaning you can add it to your routine effortlessly.

And as a bonus qi-gong improves sleep quality, which increases sperm quality.
